As a matter of fact, over half of the household population in Dallas are living in rental residences. Tenancy is becoming increasingly popular over home ownership in the U.S.; 500,000 more renters are expected in the country every year through 2023. Many believed that the rental option is more costly than homeowning when it comes to housing expenses but it’s actually the other way around. What makes rental lifestyle a better option than homeowning is that it doesn’t burden the renters with expenses on maintenance and higher utility bills that buyers encounter, although the latter may have lower annual cost.
